Sheep hunting is sheep hunting, but here is a hunt that some older hunters can do since they utilize helicopters to access remote areas.

This outfit has exclusive guiding rights to over 8,000 square miles. 2016 continued the traditional high success dall sheep hunt as past years. In 2015 they took 33 sheep hunters and everyone took home a ram. In 2014 all 31 hunters tagged a ram, with the exception of one hunter who injured his ankle and could not continue his hunt.

Hunters are flown into scouted areas by helicopter with their guide and hunt out of spike camp. Strictly a backpack hunt, but typically their camp does not move.

Sheep hunts are priced at $24,000 and INCLUDE helicopter flight, taxes, tags and royalties. July hunts are 8 days and August hunts are 9 days, August hunts are $25,000. Hunters charter from Whitehorse at $2,300 round trip for the 2 hour trip. Very limited openings for 2017. Hunt DS399.
